Day 1: Arrival in Leh Upon landing at Leh airport, a representative will meet you and escort you to your reserved hotel. After checking in, take some time to rest and acclimate to the high altitude, which is essential for adapting to the conditions.

Day 2: Leh – Shey – Thiksey – Hemis Set out on a sightseeing tour today, visiting historical monasteries near Leh. Start with Shey Gompa, about 15 km from Leh, historically the summer palace of the kings of Ladakh. Next, visit Thiksey Gompa, about 17 km from Leh, which is associated closely with Shey. Finish the day at Hemis, situated around 45 km south of Leh, and known as one of the largest monasteries in Ladakh.

Day 3: Leh – Nubra Valley (125 km/5 hrs) Post breakfast, journey to Nubra Valley via the famous Khardung La Pass, the highest motorable road in the world at 18,390 ft. Located north of Leh, Nubra Valley, often referred to as the “valley of flowers,” sits at an average elevation of 10,000 ft. Explore Diskit, the primary settlement and administrative hub of the valley, where you’ll find a vibrant market and the historic Diskit Gompa, founded in 1420 AD. Also, make a stop at Hundar village, known for its scenic beauty, a charming monastery, and historical fort ruins.

Day 4: Nubra Valley – Leh (125 km/5 hrs) After breakfast, visit Samstanling Monastery and then return to Leh via Khardung La Pass, savoring the spectacular views on the highest motorable road once again. Spend another night in Leh.
